بررسی تغییرات انرژی دریافتی و اشتها در پاسخ به فعالیت ورزشی در حالت ناشتا و پس از صبحانه در زنان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: چاقی اپیدمی فراگیری است، که با افزایش بافت چربی مشخص می شود و به بیماری های متعدد و مرگ و میر زودهنگام کمک می کند. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی به صورت متقاطع و متعادل تنظیم و اجرا شد، آزمودنی هایی 10 زن دارای اضافه وزن با رده سنی 20 تا 35 سال با BMI>25 در دو روز متفاوت با فاصله ی یک هفته به صورت ناشتا و پس از مصرف صبحانه با 45-55 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره به مدت 40 دقیقه به فعالیت بر روی چرخ کارسنج پرداختند. اشتها، کالری دریافتی و قند خون در روز ورزش و روز بعد از آن اندازه گیری شد. قند خون قبل از ورزش با دریافت صبحانه به طور معناداری بیشتر از حالت ناشتا بود، این تفاوت بعد از ورزش مشاهده نشد. (015/0= P) اشتها قبل از صبحانه به طور معنی داری بیشتر از بعد از مصرف صبحانه بود. (036/0= P) اشتها بعد از تمرین به طور معنی داری در حالت ناشتا بالاتر از حالت غیر ناشتا بود. (017/0= P) اما تفاوت معنی داری در کالری دریافتی ناهار پس از ورزش بین دو حالت مشاهده نشد. در حالت ناشتا آزمودنی ها 24 ساعت پس از ورزش به طور معنی داری پروتئین (009/0= P) و چربی (039/0= P) بیشتر و کربوهیدرات کمتر (003/0= P) مصرف کردند، اما این متغیر ها در 48 ساعت پس از ورزش تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند. نتیجه گیری: ورزش می تواند نسبت درشت مغذی ها را 24 ساعت پس از ورزش تغییر دهد.

Background and Objective: Obesity is a widespread epidemic, which is characterized by an increase in adipose tissue and contributes to multiple diseases and premature mortality. Materials and Methods: A quasi-experimental study was designed and implemented in a balanced crossover design. Ten overweight women aged 20 to 35 years with a BMI>25 exercised on a treadmill for 40 minutes on two different days with an interval of one week in the fasting state and after breakfast at 45-55% of heart rate reserve. Appetite, calorie intake, and blood sugar were measured on the day of exercise and the day after. Blood sugar before exercise was significantly higher with breakfast than in the fasting state, but this difference was not observed after exercise. (P=0.015) Appetite before breakfast was significantly higher than after breakfast. (P=0.036) Appetite after exercise was significantly higher in the fasting state than in the non-fasting state. (P=0.017) However, there was no significant difference in post-exercise lunch calorie intake between the two conditions. In the fasted state, subjects consumed significantly more protein (P=0.009) and fat (P=0.039) and less carbohydrate (P=0.003) 24 hours after exercise, but these variables did not differ significantly 48 hours after exercise. Conclusion: Exercise can change the macronutrient ratio 24 hours after exercise.
